3. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum order value.


What is your delivery time?

The estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days, which includes:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.


What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT, London) on a business day will begin processing the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.


Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship orders using Royal Mail or other reliable UK carriers where appropriate.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use on our tracking page.


4. Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes are possible only before the order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.


What condition must returned items be in?

Returned items must be:

  • New and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories included

How do I return an item?

  3. Use the return label included in your package
  4. Send the item back by mail

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
